En cela, elle participe au Conseil des PCG au m\u00eame titre que les 42 PCG de la Communaut\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise (5 universit\u00e9s, 19 hautes \u00e9coles, 16 \u00e9coles sup\u00e9rieurs des arts, le FNRS et l\u2019enseignement de promotion sociale). En effet, a recherche scientifique montre qu\u2019utiliser des termes f\u00e9minins pour d\u00e9signer des formations ou des professions a un effet b\u00e9n\u00e9fique, en particulier sur l\u2019estime de soi ou la confiance des jeunes femmes pour entreprendre les \u00e9tudes menant \u00e0 ces professions.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Par ailleurs, depuis octobre 2021, en Communaut\u00e9 fran\u00e7aise, le <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.google.com\/url?sa=t&amp;source=web&amp;rct=j&amp;opi=89978449&amp;url=https:\/\/gallilex.cfwb.be\/document\/pdf\/49998_000.pdf&amp;ved=2ahUKEwihhenSlayLAxUpxQIHHX6OM6kQFnoECBMQAQ&amp;usg=AOvVaw20MiCF_DWLGO5CCPP37VO5\"><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u00ab\u202fD\u00e9cret relatif au renforcement de la <\/span><\/i><b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">f\u00e9minisation<\/span><\/i><\/b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\"> des noms de m\u00e9tier, fonction, grade ou titre et aux bonnes <\/span><\/i><b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\">pratiques non discriminatoires quant au genre<\/span><\/i><\/b><i><span data-contrast=\"none\"> dans le cadre des communications officielles ou formelles\u202f\u00bb<\/span><\/i><\/a><span data-contrast=\"auto\"> est d\u2019application.<\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;335559739&quot;:0}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"auto\">Pour autant, il n\u2019est pas simple de produire des textes \u00e0 la fois inclusifs et lisibles.
