Une fois ces installations en service, il\/elle en assurera \u00e9galement la <strong>maintenance<\/strong> et la <strong>fiabilisation<\/strong> pour en augmenter la disponibilit\u00e9 et ce en <strong>supervisant<\/strong> au quotidien des \u00e9quipes de technicien(ne)s sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9(e)s.<\/p>\n<p>Son r\u00f4le est donc indispensable \u00e0 <strong>tous les niveaux<\/strong> (recherche &amp; d\u00e9veloppement, bureaux d\u2019\u00e9tudes, production, exploitation, contr\u00f4le qualit\u00e9, maintenance,\u2026) et dans <strong>tous les secteurs<\/strong> (a\u00e9ronautique, construction de machines, \u00e9nergies, biom\u00e9dical, pharmaceutique, chimique, agroalimentaire, techniques sp\u00e9ciales des b\u00e2timents, \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 industrielle, ferroviaire,\u2026), ce qui lui garantit avec certitude l\u2019acc\u00e8s au premier emploi.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ing\u00e9nieur industriel en \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique de l\u2019ECAM est donc particuli\u00e8rement appr\u00e9ci\u00e9 pour ses comp\u00e9tences techniques mais pas uniquement\u00a0! Son <strong>ouverture d\u2019esprit<\/strong>, son <strong>autonomie<\/strong>, son <strong>raisonnement<\/strong> <strong>logique<\/strong> et sa <strong>motivation<\/strong> \u00e0 r\u00e9soudre n\u2019importe quelle situation sont \u00e9galement des qualit\u00e9s recherch\u00e9es dans le milieu industriel. Un choix de pr\u00e9orientation doit d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00eatre r\u00e9alis\u00e9 durant la 2<sup>e<\/sup> ann\u00e9e de bachelier. La 3<sup>e<\/sup> ann\u00e9e de bachelier en \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique est une ann\u00e9e commune pr\u00e9paratoire aux finalit\u00e9s \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique et automatisation.<\/p>\n<p>La formation d\u2019ing\u00e9nieur industriel en \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique \u00e0 l\u2019ECAM se veut proche des r\u00e9alit\u00e9s de terrain, avec 45% de cours th\u00e9oriques et 55% des activit\u00e9s pratiques (laboratoires, exercices, projets, TFE,\u2026). L\u2019\u00e9tudiant(e) en \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique aura l\u2019occasion de mettre en pratique et consolider ses connaissances th\u00e9oriques au travers de ces activit\u00e9s pratiques mais \u00e9galement, sur base volontaire, au travers de divers projets comme le projet Shell Eco-Marathon (comp\u00e9tition automobile internationale visant \u00e0 promouvoir la recherche de v\u00e9hicules \u00e0 tr\u00e8s faible consommation), le projet 4L Trophy (rally-raid humanitaire visant \u00e0 scolariser un maximum d\u2019enfants vivant sous le seuil de pauvret\u00e9 dans le d\u00e9sert du Maroc au moyen d\u2019une 4L restaur\u00e9e par les \u00e9tudiants), le projet 24h 2CV (restauration d\u2019une 2CV pour participer \u00e0 la course 24h 2CV sur le circuit de Spa-Francorchamps), les 24h v\u00e9lo de Louvain-la-Neuve (r\u00e9alisation d\u2019un v\u00e9lo folklo m\u00ealant conception m\u00e9canique et fabrication) ou encore int\u00e9grer des projets internes \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9cole comme la cellule d\u00e9veloppement durable, le projet Fablab,\u2026<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<p>[\/et_pb_text][et_pb_text _builder_version=\u00a0\u00bb4.20.4&Prime; L\u2019axe m\u00e9canique et thermique<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; l\u2019axe conception m\u00e9canique, production et mat\u00e9riaux<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019axe \u00e9lectricit\u00e9<\/p>\n<p>&#8211; L\u2019axe r\u00e9gulation et automatisation<\/p>\n<p>En parall\u00e8le de ces 4 axes sont d\u00e9velopp\u00e9es les \u00ab comp\u00e9tences transversales \u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Ces diff\u00e9rents axes de la formation sont bri\u00e8vement d\u00e9crits ci-dessous\u00a0:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>L\u2019axe m\u00e9canique et thermique,<\/strong> lui-m\u00eame compos\u00e9 de la thermodynamique (\u00e9tude des actions thermiques et m\u00e9caniques qu\u2019un fluide \u00e9change avec son environnement, notions de cycles,\u2026), la m\u00e9canique des fluides (\u00e9tude de l\u2019\u00e9coulement des fluides dans les conduites, notions de pertes de charges, transfert de chaleur,\u2026), les techniques d\u2019HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), les installations op\u00e9ratrices (pompes, ventilateurs, compresseurs,\u2026), les machines motrices (moteurs \u00e0 combustion, cycles moteur \u00e0 vapeur, turbines,\u2026) ainsi que les \u00e9nergies qui font la jonction entre cet axe et l\u2019axe \u00e9lectricit\u00e9 (contexte \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique actuel, \u00e9nergies fossiles, \u00e9nergie nucl\u00e9aire, \u00e9nergies renouvelables,\u2026).<\/li>\n<li><strong>L\u2019axe<\/strong> <strong>conception m\u00e9canique, production et mat\u00e9riaux <\/strong>au travers duquel l\u2019\u00e9tudiant(e) r\u00e9alise un assemblage \u00e9lectrom\u00e9canique, depuis sa conception jusqu\u2019\u00e0 sa r\u00e9alisation et son contr\u00f4le, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019apprentissage de logiciels de conception (Autocad et Solidworks principalement), des m\u00e9thodes de fabrication (impression 3D, usinage (tournage\/fraisage), d\u00e9coupe laser,\u2026), des notions de m\u00e9trologie,\u2026 Les m\u00e9thodes num\u00e9riques d\u2019analyse par \u00e9l\u00e9ments finis seront \u00e9galement enseign\u00e9es aux \u00e9tudiants afin de pouvoir \u00e9tablir des mod\u00e8les num\u00e9riques adapt\u00e9s \u00e0 la probl\u00e9matique m\u00e9canique. En parall\u00e8le de cette conception, la connaissance des mat\u00e9riaux, de leurs comportements ainsi que leurs techniques de mise en forme, est indispensable, c\u2019est pourquoi les mat\u00e9riaux m\u00e9talliques, polym\u00e9riques, c\u00e9ramiques et composites seront \u00e9galement abord\u00e9s durant le cursus de formation.
