Study costs - Terms of payment

Registration fees

Registration fees must be paid by transfer to bank account BE23 7995 4286 9491 (BIC: GKCCBEBB) opened in the name of ECAM, Institut Supérieur Industriel asbl, mentioning the structured communication provided upon registration (or re-registration). Cash payments are not accepted.

A minimum payment of €50 is required to validate registration (or re-registration), by 30 September at the latest.

Students registering for the first time at ECAM will be asked to pay this amount by BANCONTACT at the time of registration. They will also receive their certificates at that time.

The balance of the minerval (including the DIS for non-EU students) must be paid by 31 January.

The student is asked to make arrangements to ensure that payment arrives on time.

The student card giving access to various internal services such as access to the premises and the photocopying service is available at the start of the school year from reception.

Unsubscribe

Students wishing to withdraw their registration must go in person to the ‘Studies’ secretariat to close their file.

Registrations can be cancelled up to 30 September.

After this date, the student still has the option of reorienting (see conditions with the secretariat).

If the student withdraws before 1 December, only €50.00 of the enrolment fee remains payable to the institution. If the student withdraws on or after 1 December, the full tuition fee remains payable and the year is counted as a failure.

The DIS fee paid (for non-EU students) is not refunded if the student withdraws from his/her studies or leaves early during the academic year, except in cases where this withdrawal or withdrawal is the result of an administrative decision (e.g. refusal of equivalence).

Further details can be found in the ‘Study Regulations’ available on Claco.
